A UPFA member of the Peliyagoda Urban Council(UC) has been shot dead. The member of the UC, Chamila Sandaruwan was found dead in a car near the tyre corporation junction in Kelaniya around 11.30 a.m. today.The police said that gunshot wounds were visible on his body .
