DFCC Bank wins Biz Quiz - Mercantile Quiz Championship

DFCC Bank emerged the overall winners of the Biz Quiz 2013 - Mercantile Quiz Championship held recently. They were closely followed by Seylan Bank who beat HSBC HDPL for second place after a close tie-breaker. The event saw around 200 of Sri Lanka’s top corporate masterminds battling it out for the overall title as well as various category titles.

DFCC Bank wins Biz Quiz - Mercantile Quiz Championship

DFCC Bank emerged the overall winners of the Biz Quiz 2013 - Mercantile Quiz Championship held recently. They were closely followed by Seylan Bank who beat HSBC HDPL for second place after a close tie-breaker. The event saw around 200 of Sri Lanka’s top corporate masterminds battling it out for the overall title as well as various category titles.

Organized by Dashing Events in association with the European Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (ECCSL), Biz Quiz was a table quiz competition where teams collectively answered 60 general knowledge questions covering a wide area of topics including: Current Affairs, Geography, History, World Politics, Creative Arts, Sports and Entertainment.

The final results if Biz Quiz 2013 is as follows:

Champions : DFCC Bank

2nd Place : Seylan Bank

3rd Place : HSBC HDPL Category Winners
