An unidentified body had been found on Gonnoruwa Road in Hambantota, around 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday (31). The body was detected by the Hambantota Police on a tip-off. The Magistrate was expected to carry out an inquiry into the incident yesterday.

Police Media Spokesman, SP Ajith Rohana said there were no wounds on the body. Hambantota Police are conducting further investigations into the incident.
