Arrested for cannabis possession Teenager commits suicide in Police cell

A teenage suspect arrested yesterday (11) morning over the possession of cannabis sativa (ganja) at Bastion Mawatha, had subsequently allegedly committed suicide while in the Police cell at the Pettah Police station.
