GCE A/L Examination 2017:Second phase of paper marking commences

The Department of Examinations stated yesterday (13) that the second phase of paper marking of the 2017 GCE Advanced Level Examination has commenced.

A spokesperson for the department spoke to Ceylon Today and said that 27 schools will be used as paper marking centres. Those schools will be closed from 13 September to 26 September.

The schools that will be closed for paper marking, include C.W.W. Kannangara Vidyalaya in Colombo 8, Ananda College, Kalutara Gurulugomi Vidyalaya, Lakdas Vidyalaya Kurunegala, Sudharma Vidyalaya Galle, St. Servatius' College Matara, and Seevali Nawodya Vidyalaya Bandarawela. Another 20 schools will be partially closed for paper marking till 27 September. (CD)
