Elsewhere, troubled Japanese conglomerate Toshiba said it would raise 600 billion yen ($5.3 billion) from a sale of new shares, according to reports. Asia markets traded mixed on Monday, following a decline in US equities last Friday on lingering concerns about American tax reform.
