‘Singer Cup’ U-19 Cricket Vinura ton helps Mahinda beat Dharmapala

Mahinda College Galle beat Dharmapala College Pannipitiya by 157 runs in their 'Singer Trophy' Under 19 inter Schools Cricket tournament fixture played at Galle yesterday. Dharmapala led Mahinda on the first inning on day one, but Vinura Dulsara's second ton this season saw Mahinda declare their second inning at 266/4 and then skittle out their opponents for 92.

Radeeshan Umayanga of Loyola College Bopitiya scored 130 runs against Nalanda Boy's School Minuwangoda, while Loyola's Sayuru Jayakodi had a match bag of 12 wickets for 100 runs.
